Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $300/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

The propane for the grill may run out during your stay, and while we do our best to provide a tank, we cannot guarantee it will be full. If you need to refill it, just keep your receipt and we’ll gladly reimburse you for the cost!

If you wish to request an additional pool cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
