☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

Hardy Mountain House sleeps 10 across four well-appointed bedrooms, split between the main floor and upper level.

Main Floor – Primary Suite: A king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and ceiling fan make this the quiet anchor of the house. It's the kind of room you look forward to coming back to after a long day outside.

Main Floor – Bedroom 2: A comfortable queen bed with a walk-in closet and ceiling fan, steps from the second full bathroom. Great for couples or guests who want easy first-floor access.

Upper Level – Bedroom 3: A king bedroom with its own floor fan — warm tones, cozy linens, and the kind of quiet you only get in the mountains.

Upper Level – Bedroom 4: Another king room across the hall, same thoughtful setup. Both upper bedrooms are private in feel with open doorways — perfect for families or friend groups spreading out.

Additional sleeping: A queen foam mattress is available for groups of 9–10. Comfortable for a vacation — just want to be upfront that the house is best suited for 8, and groups of 10 will be cozy (in the good way).

All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, warm quilts, extra pillows, closets, and drawer space — everything you need to actually unpack and settle in.

Two full bathrooms — a private en-suite off the main-floor primary suite, and a second full bath convenient to the remaining bedrooms. Both feature combination tub/shower with glass doors, plenty of lighting, and everything stocked so you can get cleaned up and get back out there. Fresh towels, bath essentials, and all the basics are taken care of.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREAS ☆☆

The kitchen means it. Gas stove, granite countertops, a full set of cookware and tools — this is the setup that makes you actually want to cook on vacation. Bar stools around the counter keep the group together while someone works on dinner, and the whole space opens to the dining area so nobody gets left out of the conversation.

The living room flows right off the kitchen — pot-belly gas fireplace on one end, comfortable couches, flat-screen TV, and enough room for the whole group to land. It's the room that makes a long ski day feel completely worth it.

The lower level is where the competition lives. A full Ping Pong table and Foosball table, two sofas, a TV, and plenty of seating — it's the kind of bonus space that turns a great trip into a memorable one. The deck sits right in front of Ebeneezer and Winch Mountains — the 5-person hot tub, a dining table, and chairs, all framed by direct mountain views. Fire up the BBQ grill for dinner, then move to the fire pit as the sun goes down. Adirondack chairs, four acres of private yard, and the kind of night sky you don't get anywhere else. In winter, there's a snow shovel and sand on the front deck, and a plow service handles anything over 5 inches — so you're not digging out on your own.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the main living areas, kitchen, game room, deck, hot tub, fire pit, and yard.

Guests must sign a separate renter's agreement.

Primary guest must be 25 or older.

Dogs welcome — up to 3. No cats or other animals.

No smoking indoors.

No parties or events.

Air conditioning provided June 1 – Sept 15 (main floor, upper level, and living room).

Free parking on premises.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
